Policies

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


Late Policy

A 15 minute grace period is given to each client. If you are going to exceed the 15 minutes please communicate with me and you will be offered a slightly shorter service or to reschedule. (Sometimes I’m late too and it works out <3).

Reschedule Policy

A day notice is needed to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling the same day is considered a late cancellation, resulting in a $50 late cancel charge.

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice is needed to cancel your appointment. Cancelling within the 24 hour period is considered a late cancellation, resulting in a $50 late cancel charge.

No Show Policy

Not showing up for scheduled appointment or not showing up within 30 minutes of scheduled start of appointment, with lack of communication, is considered no showing. No showing will result in a charge of 50% the cost of your scheduled appointment.


Guest Policy

Although I love seeing as many friends in the salon as possible, please try to come alone or keep guests limited. If a guest is to be expected please communicate prior to the appointment.

Pet Policy

Salons aren’t the safest for our sweet pets, so please keep them at home.

Payment Policy

Payment is expected at the time of service. Paperless payments preferred.
